Starting at the Financial Times Business Information Service, Nicola went on to join ERC Statistics International as a Research Executive. She subsequently spent two years in Paris setting up and running a French office as well as researching European markets.

Nicola then joined Mintel International where she was in charge of the company’s first European research products, including Market Intelligence Europe, European Lifestyles and a series of syndicated pan European reports.

NHA was then founded and initially based in Thailand focusing on Far Eastern markets, developing syndicated information services and reports for local research agencies.
